Well, if done quickly, it only takes 2 minutes or so, so it's worth trying I guess. And even if it doesn't work as intended, I guess it helps to control faeces better when we get older.
Some of those are funny, but "The subtle art of not giving a fuck" isn't really weird. I enjoyed it but it's pretty bogstandard retelling of "How to win friends and influence people" with a couple of the other canonical self help books mixed in, it just also has swear words.
